Adria Wu, founder, left the office world and studied at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London before opening the first Maple & Co cafe in March 2015 now with multiple cafes and delivery kitchens.

In 2020 we signed up to be the first and exclusive London franchisee for Operation: Falafel, a Dubai originated award winning shawarma, falafel and salad concept with locations across the Middle East and the USA.
