We are a proud family of over 200 pirates, and each member of the team is key to making the business as successful as it is today. We want our pirates to feel fulfilled and challenged at work with a clear line of progression.

Training and development continues throughout your career at The Tom Kerridge Group including internal training and the opportunity to stage at any of our other restaurants, alongside external accredited courses such as the WSET Diploma in Wine and Highfield Level 3 Awards.

The fun bits!

On top of creating a great work environment, it is also important to us that we are able to offer our team members opportunities and experiences outside of their day-to-day role. These opportunities range from our monthly vineyard tours, organised by our Assistant Manager at The Hand & Flowers, Gavin Hills to our events at Lush by Tom Kerridge which includes our Pub in The Park Festivals and the Monaco Grand Prix; every employee is encouraged to get stuck in and try their hand at something new.
