Founded in 2011, Turtle Bay represents Caribbean flare and the concept of reggae, rum and jerk within the casual dining sector. From the outset, Turtle Bay has stood out amongst a cluttered high street with our unique Caribbean offering; simple yet bold food and drink menus, vibrant interior and a genuine interest in creating an authentic experience to suit it’s wide range of customers.

To date, Turtle Bay have successfully developed to 43 sites throughout the UK, with two restaurants in Germany. The business has focused on establishing a concept that is based on creating a fun and social space. In this light the brand has proven its broad appeal; from the pre-children happy hour drinkers, to the affordable family outing and the elder generation. Key to Turtle Bay are the notions of great food and drinks, in an environment that evokes the unique Caribbean experience. These foundations have been crucial in forming a concept where the creation of a socialising space is at the heart of the business and accessible to all. This ethos permeates through the entire business, from the in-site operations to the executive leadership team and board room.
