SA Brains is now part of the Marston’s group, we’ve been running pubs and brewing beer in one form or another for more than 185 years – a heritage that we’re incredibly proud of!

Today we operate more than 1,400 pubs, bars and hotels.

Our joint venture with Carlsberg in November 2020 created a new standalone brewing business called Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company, giving Marston's PLC access to an unrivalled drinks portfolio, whilst creating a new clear focus on our pub operations, improvements and customer experience.

As a business, we strive to bring people together, creating happiness in our pubs and bars, and providing incredible choice through a vast range of beers and drinks.

Your Development

Apprenticeships at Marston’s are a fantastic way to learn, develop your skills and progress within your chosen career. Combining a paid job with training, whilst working alongside an experienced team, our apprenticeships are industry recognised and sought-after qualifications with opportunities ranging from level 2, right the way up to level 7. All our programmes are available to brand new recruits and existing team members.

Marston’s is committed to doing its part for the environment. Our multi award-winning teams have made significant changes and produced outstanding achievements towards reducing our carbon footprint, increasing the number of available electric car chargers at our pubs & inns, achieving zero waste to landfill and using 100% recycled garden furniture. And this is just the beginning.
