SA Brains is now part of the Marston’s group, we’ve been running pubs and brewing beer in one form or another for more than 185 years – a heritage that we’re incredibly proud of!
Today we operate more than 1,400 pubs, bars and hotels.
Our joint venture with Carlsberg in November 2020 created a new standalone brewing business called Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company, giving Marston's PLC access to an unrivalled drinks portfolio, whilst creating a new clear focus on our pub operations, improvements and customer experience.
As a business, we strive to bring people together, creating happiness in our pubs and bars, and providing incredible choice through a vast range of beers and drinks.
But it’s the passion of our 9,000 people that sets us apart from others, working together to create happy, memorable and meaningful experiences for our customers and stakeholders, every day.
We believe life is better when shared.
Our purpose is to bring people together for happy, memorable, meaningful experiences. Where better to do this than in the comfort of our pubs and bars.
We provide the perfect setting for every guest, every community and every occasion, whether that’s meeting friends, catching up with family, celebrating an anniversary or simply popping in for a pint or a bite. It’s our great food, refreshing drinks and welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back time and time again.
At the very heart of everything are our friendly, real and empowered people who take pride in ensuring that every single guest receives the warmest of welcomes and is made to feel at home, valued and special.
Marston’s has a huge portfolio of pubs spanning from the traditional community local to family pub-restaurants and premium branded bars.
We offer great value, quality food and a fantastic experience for our guests. Alongside this, our pubs and people are the spirit of their local communities and serve to bring people together.
