Person specification

We are looking for a target driven Senior Business Development / Account Manager who is able to build and develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key recruitment decision makers and business stakeholders and identify new business opportunities among new and existing customers.

Ideal candidate:

Ideally, if you have experience within a:

• • Recruitment Agency
  • In House Recruitment team 
  • Job Board Sales or Account Management Team
  • Have a Hospitality background - We would love to hear from you.

You will need to be:

• A positive starter
• Motivated and resilient
