Liberation Group

Liberation Brewing Co. is part of Liberation Group which consists of over 100 pubs, bars and inns with rooms, stretching across South West England and into the Channel Islands, employing over 900 people. We’re very proud of our eclectic and unique estate, each venue with its own distinctive style and feel, focused on what works best for that site and their local area.

Though we like our food and drink to do the talking, it’s always great to receive some accolades. For two years running, we’ve won the highly prestigious Publican Award for Best Food Offer. Both the Liberation and Butcombe breweries have won multiple gold medal awards in recent years.

Focusing on our most important asset – our people – is at the centre of our strategy. We continue to invest in training and development for all colleagues, ranging from wine champions to apprenticeships, and our very own internal learning management system.
