The Original Modern Kebab!

Le Bab is a group of modern kebab restaurants.

It’s a collaboration between Stephen Tozer, Ed Brunet & Manu Canales. We met between university and a 2 Michelin starred kitchen.

We came together to pursue a new, ingredient-driven approach to the kebab, infusing international culinary influences. Our gastronomic offering goes hand in hand with bold modern design by Angus Buchanan.

Le Bab, our Soho restaurant, was founded in January 2016. Then followed Maison Bab. And most recently our flagship fine dining project, Kebab Queen, exhibiting the most ambitious expression of our modern kebab.

 Le Bab is our original restaurant, serving refined, seasonal kebabs and sharing plates.

We work from traditional kebab styles, incorporating classical fine dining techniques & global gastronomic influences.

Our  kebabs are made from free range British meat and top seasonal produce.

We serve them together with modern mezze, curated wines, craft beers and cocktails.

Years of love and passion have gone into creating our family of modern gourmet kebab restaurants.
