Epicure Artisan Coffee

Epicure is an independent coffee shop in Berkhamsted. We are passionate about our coffee, where it comes from, how it has been handled and how it is served.

At Epicure we believe there are three equally important factors that contribute to producing the perfect cup of coffee. These are a combination of high quality coffee beans, passionate and highly trained baristas and good quality machinery. These three elements come together and work in harmony to produce the best cup of coffee so you don’t just stumble upon a good coffee.

We are proud users of Union Hand Roasted Coffee. Union Coffee liaise directly with smallholder farmers around the world to source high quality coffee beans. Each batch is hand roasted in the UK, in Union’s vintage Probat roaster and this helps to develop their distinctive flavours. All Union Coffee quality scores are 84 or higher.

At Epicure no one gets on the machine until they have the proven know how to deliver the perfect shots.
