Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Morgan Pub Co. is seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead the team at The Royal Oak in Abbots Langley. If you have a strong background in hospitality, and a love for great food, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service, boosting sales, and leading our enthusiastic team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the pub’s unique atmosphere while driving profitability through creative initiatives and exceptional customer experiences. For the right candidate(s), we offer a generous bonus scheme and a profit share agreement.

- Proven experience in hospitality management

- Strong leadership and team management skills
