The Role and Responsibilities

Member Experience:

• Serve as the friendly and professional face of Myo, interacting with members, visitors, and colleagues in person, via email, and over the phone.
• Look after the communal member areas, including lounges, meeting rooms, and event spaces, addressing member requests promptly.
• Facilitate smooth check-ins and arrivals for all members and guests.

Space & Events Management:

• Booking meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Oversee the seamless execution of meetings and events, including setup, breakdown, and catering to individual needs.
• Manage member requests and information updates on the workplace app.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to support regular member engagement events.

General Duties:

• Handle day-to-day tasks, such as managing post, queries and questions.
• Foster strong relationships with members and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall experience at Myo.
