Sunborn London is one of the most prestigious and unique hotel in London. We are a Yacht Hotel, providing around 10,000m² of beautifully designed floorspace and incorporating elegant guest accommodation, restaurants, leisure areas, conference, and events facilities offering an expansive view of Canary Wharf.
The Yacht is in Royal Victoria Dock just opposite Excel London.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our friendly team.

Job description:
Conducting food preparation
Catering for large parties as part of a team
Conducting restaurant service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in any section
Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring dishes meet our standards
Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Be sure that excellent level of food Hygiene are always in place.
Maintain consistency in food preparation, ensuring dishes meet our standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and kitchen operations
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
This list is not exhaustive, and the successful position holder may be required to carry out any task which the Company might reasonably require you to do.
The ideal candidate:
Has previous experience in busy environments within the hotel industry
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-paced kitchen
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication skills
Passion for cooking and creativity in presenting dishes
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
