A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, full-time Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the Coburg Bar.

With its warm, quiet and intimate atmosphere, this is a space steeped in the traditions of The Connaught. Found at the heart of Mayfair village, overlooking Carlos Place, the Coburg Bar has become one of Mayfair’s best spots to linger. Somewhere to pause, relax and take everything in – whether that’s over breakfast, morning coffee or evening drinks. The Coburg Bar is an all day bar offering breakfast, light lunch, and evening bar snacks as well as exclusive cocktails, an extensive wine list and premium spirits including London's best Whisky offerings.

Responsibilities:

As a full-time Cocktail Waiter/Waitress you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience of The Coburg Bar; ensuring a service experience that is personal to each of our guests and represents this bar.

Skills and experience:

You will be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding bar experience. With this in mind, ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role, and a working knowledge of quality wines and cocktails would be beneficial. Your commitment to your team and guest service delivery will set you apart from others.
