A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate, full-time Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the Red Room.

Located in the heart of the hotel, the theme of the Red Room bar is surrounded by art, fine wines and spirits. The wine list will highlight the extensive selection the hotel proudly holds within the cellar, inclusive of 20 premium wines by the glass served with Coravin. Selected spirits are handpicked and bespoke, and a selection of wine based cocktails will change according the seasons. The unique art and contemporary feeling, combined with past traditions will set the philosophy for the bar, providing comfort and unrivalled service for our guests.

Responsibilities:

As a full-time Cocktail Waiter/Waitress you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will be an excellent and confident communicator and have the ability to interact with guests and clients to ensure a fantastic experience of The Red Room; ensuring a service experience that is personal to each of our guests and represents this bar.

Skills and experience:

You will be passionate about people and in joining a team committed to delivering an outstanding bar experience. With this in mind, ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role, and a working knowledge of quality wines and cocktails would be beneficial. Your commitment to your team and guest service delivery will set you apart from others.
