Apprentice Administration Assistant
Duties will include;
- Process all sales orders according to procedures achieving a high level of accuracy on all orders
- Answer incoming calls in a polite friendly manner
- Show consideration of customer needs when taking orders, act upon these needs and deliver accordingly
- Follow your orders until despatch and deal with any customer queries relating to the orders
- Create Post and Parcelforce labels for orders
- Record and update customer database with relevant information
- Update web with the latest information
- Help the warehouse if necessary
- Be an enthusiastic team player – give support to team members, assist other departments, as and when necessary
- Attend staff meetings, training courses, exhibitions and seminars as required
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with half an hour for lunch each day
