Apprentice Administration Assistant

Duties will include;

  • Process all sales orders according to procedures achieving a high level of accuracy on all orders
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite friendly manner
  • Show consideration of customer needs when taking orders, act upon these needs and deliver accordingly
  • Follow your orders until despatch and deal with any customer queries relating to the orders
  • Create Post and Parcelforce labels for orders
  • Record and update customer database with relevant information
  • Update web with the latest information
  • Help the warehouse if necessary
  • Be an enthusiastic team player – give support to team members, assist other departments, as and when necessary
  • Attend staff meetings, training courses, exhibitions and seminars as required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with half an hour for lunch each day
