OTE £18,500 - £20,800 per annum plus £2000 service charge and excellent benefits

Eligibility for the position: you must be between 17 and 24 years of age.

Two Year Apprenticeship in Hospitality Services (SCQF 5)

• Experience four different departments – Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Reception.
• Take part in masterclasses every six months delivered by a top industry figure.
• Optional 3^rd year Management Qualification at SCQF 7.
• Full-time position with a competitive rate of pay.
• Post apprenticeship positions available.

Two Year Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery (SCQF 5)

• Experience in four areas – Kitchen Assistant/Porter, Cold Kitchen (Larder), Hot Kitchen and Pastry.
• Take part in masterclasses every six months delivered by a top industry figure.
• Optional 3^rd year Professional Cookery or Patisserie at SCQF Level 6 or 7.
• Full-time position with a competitive rate of pay.
• Post apprenticeship positions available.
