Sous Chef

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at The Rose & Crown Inn in Ashbury, Swindon. Described by Total Guide Swindon as ‘A perfect country Inn, known for excellent food’ The Rose & Crown has a unique atmosphere reflecting the gentle pace of a friendly and welcoming village.

The ideal candidate will have previous Sous Chef experience, along with a passion for high quality seasonal produce and delivering inspired, unique, individual dishes and menu selections. Experience working across all sections in a busy and creative kitchen is essential as is the interest to develop supervisory and mentoring skills.
