The Little Pack Horse is a picturesque 15th century, Grade II listed pub that oozes character and sits just off the High Street in Bewdley on the Worcester/Shropshire border.

This cosy Cask Marque pub is built in situ with pretty terraced cottages. Guests relax and watch the world go by on the cosy outdoor patio area. The local area is dense with quirky cottages and Georgian houses. The savvy operator will ensure that this is the go-to pub for local residents within easy walking distance.

The town is a popular getaway spot and the pub attracts many visitors who come for the historic draw of the site alongside shopping for food and real ale. Visitors can use the parking nearby on the River Severn.

The Little Pack Horse underwent a refurbishment in 2019 to retain its quirky historic feel whilst modernising the interior and exterior. The outdoor patio was refined with beautiful lighting and external plants.

You’ll have the capacity for 45 covers with a small outdoor patio at the back. The pub also provides a kitchen and WiFi.

When you take on a Punch pub, you must also consider the costs involved. Depending on the agreement that suits you, there could be costs involved like a deposit, fixtures and fittings, your first beer and food order, plus the legal fees associated with taking on your pub business.

This pub is available on a tenancy.
