Duties and responsibilities

1. Responsible for delivering all client expectations and requirements

2. Meet and Greet clients

3. Checking in and checking out clients

4. Answer calls and address client queries and make booking reservations

5. Managing social media and email inboxes liaising closely with Reservations Team

6. Ensuring and maintaining a clean front of house and salon environment

7. Ensure client communication is filtered to the right department or staff

8. Delivering and exceeding the agreed client journey

9. Delivering and ensuring that all hygiene standards and tidiness are met

10. Preparing all food orders and beverages including cocktails, ensuring that follows and exceeds client journey standards

11. Performing Opening and closing duties

12. Completing and performing cashing up and end of day duties

13. Ensuring toilets are cleaned, stocked up and up to standards including checking cleaning logbook is signed.


Requirements for Host Role:

• Background in the hospitality industry

• Excellent customer service

• Experience working on reception and/or front of house.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of computers and booking systems.

• Has a high level of attention to detail and is pro-active.

• Able to work shift pattern rota (late nights and weekends)

• Experience in bar work including making/preparing cocktails
