We are looking for a talented and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Riding House Fitzrovia, with plenty of exciting opportunities to progress over the next year.

We have three busy, extremely popular and versatile Central London restaurants with a focus on delivering delicious and interesting food to the neighbourhoods and business communities around us.

We would love to hear from you if you fit the bill:

You should have experience working in a similar role for a high volume restaurant.

We are looking for dedicated, smart and ambitious individuals. We want people who are eager to grow and learn and who have a natural charisma to extend warm hospitality to guests and colleagues.

Key Attributes

·        In depth beverage knowledge

·        Understanding of steps of service

·        Enjoys training and progressing their team

·        Has experience in stock counts and maintaining stock levels

·        Manage the business aspects of the bar

·        Familiar with Ordering, Stock Control, invoicing etc

·        MUST be a people person.
