Lettings Coordinator

Up to £27,000 & annual bonus scheme

If you have great attention to detail and are interested in learning more about the legal aspects of the Hospitality Industry, then we have a great opportunity for you! At Stonegate we are looking for a Lettings Coordinator to join our Lettings Team. This team manage the legal processes and documentation required for a new Publican to join our business as a partner.

As a Lettings Coordinator you will be pivotal in ensuring that all of our new and prospective publicans have all the legal documentation required to enable them to lease one of our fantastic pubs. You’d be a great fit for this role if you have outstanding administrative skills, consider yourself to be highly organised and can build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key tasks for the Lettings Coordinator are:


  • Accurate administration whilst drafting agreements for new tenancies
  • Updating financial systems to maintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information within agreed timescales
  • Working closely with your allocated division to ensure short term agreements are converted on to substantive tenancies
