Deputy General Manager

Deputy General Manager sought to work alongside our general manager at The Greyhound, Finchampstead, delivering great hospitality.

Salary available £36,000 to £38,000 per year, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days.

  • Requires pro active manager to work across all aspects of the site, deputising the general manager and leading the teams.
  • The building is newly refurbished and we are a truly independent, growing company. The deputy general manager is supported by department heads and reports to the GM and company owners.
  • The team consists of 20 colleagues and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.
  • The owners work alongside the operations team to provide full support to the management structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.

The annual salary available is £36,000 to £38,000 depending on experience level.
