At SSP UK we are now recruiting for a talented Deputy Manager to join our management team at Burger King at Manchester Airport.

Reporting directly to our General Manager, as a Deputy Manager your working week will be varied; from being hands on and leading the team from the front, to assisting the General Manager in recruiting, training and meeting key financial targets.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
* Previous experience in coaching and mentoring a diverse team of people in a high-volume, fast-paced, quick service restaurant (or similar) environment.
* Knowledge of the standards and structured processes required to work within a globally recognised brand.
* Knowledge of the financial controls required when running a unit - cost control, waste, labour and P&L reviews.
