Menu Manager

Whilst the Ivy Collection has celebrated growth across the UK, we are now in the process of building our teams, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Menu Manager based in North Acton.


Key Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the menu process, from setting and managing the timeline for launching new menus, to supporting each 
  • department to ensure they are equipped to fulfil their part in the process. 
  • Facilitate the full process of the menu change liaising with all departments and collating the various amendments and ensure the 
  • most up to date versions of the menus and on/off lists are being used.
  • Cross referencing all menu changes by site across all menus to ensure consistency and all amendments have been incorporated
  • Gather all updated information centrally so the till programming update can be generated accurately
  • Assist with checking and updating menu changes on the tills
  • Manage the logistics of delivery of the menus, checking with sites and ensuring the menus are updated on all websites
  • Collate all ongoing and upcoming marketing and business activities involving food and beverage and keep an updated calendar of 
  • activation's with full timelines and progress status
  • Update the drinks allergens chart and post to the Ivy hub when any updates are made
  • Assist in the updating of drinks specs for the restaurants and uploading to the Ivy Hub
  • Support additional projects as required by the Food and Beverage team 
  • Be responsible for ensuring sites have any materials for food and drinks promotions liaising with the marketing team
  • Ensure any day to day branch requests e.g. table menu stands, menu clips specials menus, equipment or special glassware requirements etc… are facilitated for them


Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a coordinator or exec role preferably within the hospitality sector
  • Well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Experience of using Microsoft software
  • A very high level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent written English
  • A passion for food and drink
