  • Monday-Thursday hors are - Early 05:30-13:30 or 11:30-19:30 as a general but can change depending on need.
  • Friday late is 13:30-21:30
  • Weekends are split shifts with a 06:30 start & a 18:30 finish.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for ESS on a full time basis.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate and charismatic Head Chef to create an outstanding culinary experience.
