Restaurant Supervisor -  About You

  • Experience in working in a busy restaurant/ high volume environment
  • Leadership experience to motivate and train the team
  • Previous experience as restaurant supervisor is desirable
  • Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Aim of the Restaurant Supervisor role

To assist the restaurant management team in providing a smooth and professional service for all guests

Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor:

  • To be confident in providing a professional level of service
  • Show integrity through your menu knowledge, providing the best service for your guests
  • Take pride in preparing the restaurant for service and cleaning down at the end of each day
  • Run restaurant section with confidence and enthusiasm, directing
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers in bringing new ideas to the table which can be utilised to improve standards 
  • Support the restaurant management with training and development of restaurant team
  • To be confident in handling guest requirements, special requests and complaints
  • Take ownership in the smooth running of the restaurant in management's absence
