Night Porter

• To assist the Night Manager and all departments when necessary, showing team work and flexibility
• To take room service orders and enter breakfast orders onto the system ready for the morning
• To assist with guest requests and be the main point of contact throughout the night
• To run the night audit
• To be responsible for the security of the Hotel at night ensuring that any guests needs are taken care of to the highest standard
• To take any luggage to guest rooms for late check ins or assist with luggage for early check outs
• To be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
