Food is a big part of the offer. Although not complex, it requires absolute attention to detail. You’ll have a proven track record of serving delicious food with the ability to motivate and manage an efficient kitchen team. You’ll blend a premium dining experience with a fast cover turnover. Attracting people from all over Kent, your focus will be on delivering a five-star guest experience every time.

We’re looking for a talented and creative operator adept at bringing their business to life on social media. You’ll glean excellent social media reviews because this isn’t just a job; you’ll have the passion and desire to be the best-in-class locally. 

The Thomas Becket pub oozes charm and character. Carefully restored and renovated in 2021, the pub compromises 68 covers in a ground-floor bar/restaurant. Guests also enjoy the quaint courtyard with eight covers. A brand new kitchen will enable you to maximise food opportunities, and the stunning bar will get guests talking.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.
