The Red Lion is an example of a great British pub, which needs a gregarious Partner known for their contagious personality. You will be an experienced pub/food operator with a proven track record of delivering high levels of both food and drink sales. You will have a proven track record of being able to pull a  community together, and you are a natural at organising and leading community and charity events to enhance both you and the pub’s status in the area.

The Red Lion has a popular sports offer so being a master at atmosphere management will ensure that the Red Lion is the pub of choice for all the big sessions. Knowledge and experience on how to build successful sports teams within the pub such as pool and darts will help you create that loyal following.

You have a passion for hospitality, standards, and quality. You understand that to fulfil your vision that your people are most important, and you love to coach and train a team to be the best they can be.

The Red Lion has a prime position on the corner of Newton Road in the village of Lowton. This is a traditional-looking pub with an outdoor drinking space that has plenty of seating to the side of the pub and a decent car park to the side, both of which can be utilised for outside events. The Red Lion is famous for its friendly atmosphere and at the weekends it really comes to life with the entertainment calendar that includes Open Mic, acoustic singers, karaoke, and charity events. The guests don’t even need to go home when they are peckish as the Red Lion has a fantastic food offer in place, 60 covers, one of Punch’s popular concept menu is served 7 Days a week with a tasty Sunday Roast served all day for the family to get together.

The pub is divided into four main trading areas, as you enter the pub you are greeted by the fantastic bar and to the right is the pool room.  The pub has comfortable seating to the left. Towards the rear of the pub is a dining area that can double up as a private dining space and popular booth seating.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.
