You’ll have a proven track record of orchestrating the best guest experience to ensure your high standards flow through your team and pub. Running a pub is not just a job for you; it is who you are. The Windmill would ideally suit a duo who seek to immerse themselves in local life and forge a memorable front and back of house team.

This stand-out pub requires an operator at the helm who has the big personality needed to regain its place at the centre of the community. Consistency of high standards, acute attention to detail and a creative MP will see plenty of locals want to be part of this pub’s future. You’ll provide the sprinkle of colour and magic that will complement our significant investment to raise the profile of this majestic pub.

Food is essential here with 50 covers. However, guests are looking for quick hot dishes. They look for memorable occasions over high-end food. You’ll have worked in a similar business and understand the importance of tailoring service to suit a diverse community’s needs.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.
