Kimpton Blythswood Square & voco Grand Central Hotels are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our exciting cluster Sales & Marketing team

(General Working Hours – Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm)

Salary: £25,650.00 plus up to 10% bonus scheme.

Have you worked in Sales or in a customer facing role in a hotel and have a thirst to deliver results?  

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at IHG, we are looking for someone who can assist our Director of Sales in maximising hotel sales across both properties and supporting the hotels in exceeding our sales targets.

Within the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support to achieve and exceed budgeted targets through providing administration support, producing and delivery sales delivery reports and research new business leads through the likes of social media tags and board spots.

As a member of the sales team, you will attend and represent our properties at local trade shows/exhibitions when required and support with local FAM trips. We are looking for someone who is not shy in coming forward and will be able to suggest any improvements to systems, processes and products whilst working within expected brand standards.

So what are we looking for in a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you may ask, we are looking for a graduate who has experience of sales in the service and hospitality industry, you will have strong planning skills, with the ability to look ahead and help put strategies in place to support our growth plans,  you will also be able to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree of knowledge of all market segments including corporate and conference sales,and have worked in a sales environment. You should have extensive experience of Microsoft packages and Delphi knowledge is highly desirable (Not essential)
