Position: Sous Chef
Salary: £40,000 per annum + monthly tronc bonuses

We are currently looking for talented, passionate and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Sous Chef.
The ideal Sous Chef will:
- Have relevant experience working with seasonal produce
- Assist in the management and training of Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
- Remain calm under pressure
- Prepare, cook and present dishes
- Adhere to and maintain health and safety checklists and food hygiene
- Be a passionate, efficient and good team player
