General Manager - Upper Crust @ Barking Service Station

We are recruiting for a talented General Manager to lead the team at Upper Crust, Barking Service Station.

As a General Manager, you'll be ensuring that the team delivers the best in customer service, whilst making sure that the store is welcoming at all times. You'll be making sure that the unit reaches their financial and quality targets, as well as coaching your team to success. We want you to take ownership for the stores quality and excellence in service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing and a diverse team of people ideally within retail or hospitality.
  • Commercial awareness with good planning and analytical skills, able to understand a P&L and confident communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong people management skills to lead, motivate and develop your team.

You'll receive a competitive salary of £28,500 plus pension scheme.
