The Summer Isles Hotel is tucked away in the vast, natural and ruggedly beautiful landscape of the Western Scottish Highlands. The hotel is a favourite destination for food lovers, outdoor adventurers and for those looking for peace, tranquillity and fresh air.

Our guests are your top priority. You will be totally focused upon their wellbeing and happiness. You will have an eye for detail and notice what our guests need before they know it. You will be genuinely warm and welcoming as well as being passionate about the food our kitchen produces and the wine and drinks which we serve.

We have three positions available from now until end October 2022. Couples are most welcome to apply.

Previous hospitality/restaurant/people experience is important.

Candidates must be able to work in the UK (post Brexit) with a valid Visa or with an EU settlement scheme status.

Rewards for the role include:

- £12 per hour (50-60 hrs per week likely) -equivalent to an annual salary of £31,200 - £37,440

-Share of tips

-Team meal daily at 5pm

-28 days holiday per annum (pro rata) including bank holidays

-Staff accommodation for a modest rent of £125 per month

-Discounted meals at the hotel



Salary: £12.00 per hour
