Sous Chef

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at The Bull Hotel in Fairford. The Bull Hotel is a bustling and busy coaching Inn at the heart of an unspoilt Cotswold market town.

The ideal candidate will have previous Sous Chef experience, along with a passion for high quality seasonal produce and delivering inspired, unique, individual dishes and menu selections. Experience working across all sections in a busy and creative kitchen is essential as is the interest to develop supervisory and mentoring skills.
