Head Chef

We have an opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team at the Rose and Crown in Ashbury.  Described by Total Guide Swindon as a perfect country Inn known for excellent food, the Rose and Crown has a unique atmosphere reflecting the gentle pace of a friendly and welcoming village. The ideal candidate must have previous Head Chef experience, along with a passion for high quality seasonal produce and delivering inspired, unique, individual dishes and menu selections. You will have a professional approach, be personable, organised and efficient and with a keen eye for detail.

As Head Chef you will have responsibility for directing the food preparation processes and all other related kitchen activities; driving customer service excellence and creating a positive experience for all our customers. Everyone in the business, from the kitchen team to front of house will look to you for inspiration and collaboration.
