We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join us as a General Manager. In this role you will have the responsibility for all back and front of house operations and are the line of communication between frontline team members and senior management. You should set the tone of the business and lead by example by driving customer service excellence and creating a positive experience for all our customers. Everyone in the team will look to you for inspiration. Working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders you will be responsible for the financial success of your site.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable and approachable, pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and have a passion for the pub industry and experience in leading a Front of House team.
