We don’t pretend it’s easy working behind the bar, it's busy or quiet, there is always cleaning and tips to sort, glass to clean and fridges to fill and we can get the odd, interesting customer😊 but it’s rewarding and soooo much fun. 

We love to dance when we set up the bar, and chat about the latest night out whilst planning the next. Standards are vital, as are our legal and moral responsibilities.
