As our new Head Chef, you will be pivotal in our daring growth plans! So as a way of sharing in this success, our current and new managers will earn up to £20,000 in April 2024. Every month your with us we will top up your Meganzabonus so you will contractually share in our success!

What you will receive as our new Head Chef:


SHARING

·       Competitive salary of up to £45,000*

What you will be doing? :

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be daring for the very best food quality and to achieve and share outstanding culture and results across all aspects of the restaurant; including but not limited to people, food, service & financial.  You will produce amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients whilst caring and developing a strong kitchen team.

1.      Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards.

2.      Build and develop a talented team of chefs.

3.      Be passionate about using quality fresh ingredients to creating amazing flavours!

4.      Be able to produce our sensational dishes the Megan’s way!



Are you our next Megan's Head Chef

1.      You have previous experience; running busy, high-volume & all-day restaurants or cafés.

2.      Possess a good understanding of systems such as Trail, Fourth, EPOS. 

3.      Good practical knowledge of H&S and Food Hygiene.

4.      Leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions, plan and be proactive.
