Highfield Grange have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join them. Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will be required to support the Food & Beverage Central Support Team with all administrative and related tasks, ensuring the team are able to deliver the best service to all customers and team members. Alongside learning this, the successful applicant will work towards gaining a Level 2 Business Administration Qualification.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Taking a lead with diary management for the Head of Food & Beverage, including managing meeting requests and notifications.
•Managing the Retail Operations calendar, ensuring it is kept up to date will all key information.
•Preparing meeting agendas (including PowerPoint presentations), issuing follow up actions and ensuring the appropriate trackers are up to date.
•Supporting with all weekly Food & Beverage sales forecast analysis, flow training analysis and I auditor reports.
•Attending regional meetings in support of the Head of Food & Beverage and other team members.
•Booking travel and accommodation for the Food & Beverage Team, including booking of hire cars.
The successful person will:
•Possess excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
•Confident in the production of reports using Word and Excel.
•Ability to suggest new and innovative ways of reporting.
•Ability to manage your own time and use your own initiative.

Qualifications Required

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process. You have to be aged 16 years or over and you also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education.
