Learning Management System Administrator

Stonegate Group are growing our Digital Learning Team with a great role working as our Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. In this home-based role, you’ll support our LMS users (all internal customers) in using the learning system currently. Ideally, you’ll have some experience within Learning & Development administration, but if you’re an outstanding administrator with the ability to work accurately without direct supervision, we’d love to hear from you.

The LMS Administrator will be involved in:


  • Management of the LMS query inbox identifying trends and issues with the system or content
  • Daily and weekly administrative tasks to ensure the system is up to date
  • Running and interrogating analytics
  • Providing data and insights to stakeholders on core development programmes
  • Escalation of issues to relevant parties
  • Supporting the completion of compliance and other legally required training requirements by providing information as requested
