Your day to day

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

As a Workplace Coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties supporting the corporate workplace team and work alongside our Front of House Reception team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role): 

  • Responsible for the efficient handling of incoming mail and parcels to the office.
  • Act as Fire Marshall and to be aware of the procedures in the event of a fire alarm.
  • Complete workstation audits and maternity risk assessments. Maintain the audit database.
  • Provide full administrative support to the corporate workplace team.
  • Ordering of stationary and topping up the franking machine credit.
  • Booking couriers and deliveries to and from the office on request.
  • Assisting with the administration and handling of keys for company cars.
  • Collating reports on IHG overseas visitors for HMRC.
  • Internal event support where needed, including event set up.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects and have some flexibility with working hours.
  • Collate and submit cross charges to corporate departments.
  • Auditing and replenishing stock of first aid boxes.
  • Cover for Front of house reception if needed.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Initiative and ability to work independently and a team.
