The Assistant Reception Manager is a role that requires solid leadership, an unflappable personality and excellent communication skills – often at the same time. As well as answering calls, liaising with different departments and keeping the cloakroom organised, you’ll ensure your team is working to The Ivy Collection’s high standards. You’ll also oversee the development and welfare of the reception team with the full support of the Reception Manager.
