Rate of pay from £12.20 per hr, regardless of age

• £5 extra per hour for all hours worked over 30h (until 31.08.22 T&C apply)

We are looking for Full Time Permanent Team Leaders to join our Lagan Bar team at Belfast International Airport
As a Team Leader you will work a variety of shifts between 3am and 11pm including weekends

In this role you can be yourself, and let your passion for customer service shine through! It is your responsibility to ensure our customers leave feeling happy with their Lagan Bar experience and to ensure all colleagues are engaged and feel a valued part of the team

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

• Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
• Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
• Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
• Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
• Trains the team on brand standards
• Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff

Requirements for Team Leader:

• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
• Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Leader role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
