As a Night Auditor / Night Duty Manager, you will work 8 hours shift patterns between 22:30pm – 07:00am (pattern of days on/off to be discussed at interview).

You will act as a hotel ambassador at night and to ensure all our guest have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, meeting their needs and dealing with any emergencies that may occur. Our Night Auditor / Night Duty Manager will actively promote excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel, assisting all Front of House departments and managing a small team…

You will be…

  • Supervising, motivating and training the Night Crew ensuring that their duties are being performed to a high standard, supervisory experience or a strong nights team member in a 4/5* hotel is desired 
  • Following company procedures to deal with arrivals, departures, special requests and VIPs, great communication skills are a big plus  
  • Ensuring that customer requests, queries, and complaints are responded to promptly and effectively, and to keep all areas clean and tidy at all times (whilst keeping guests safe and comfortable) 
  • Ensuring that all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out – and follow the night audit procedures, we would like you to be confident working alone independently and within a small team
  • Running the relevant back up – organisation skills and being able to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking are required for this 
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself, teams and guests – integrity and being trustworthy is an essential part of this role
  • Most importantly, we’ll help you grow, and develop you as an individual
