The Harbour Club Chelsea is extremely passionate about delivering great quality food and drink, combined with excellent service. You will be working within a dynamic kitchen environment and work with the Head Chef to help develop the menu within the group. A member driven menu from breakfast to dinner in our lively and busy kitchen. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Chef de Partie to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef to be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times. We actively look to promote from within. If you have ambition to progress we will support you in your journey, providing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our business.
