Stonegate Group is the UKs biggest pub group, with pubs and bars nationwide. With over 3,500 sites, and thousands of guests and colleagues each year, our small Insurance team can be quite busy. We’re looking for an Insurance Coordinator to join the team and support the Head of Insurance with a wide range of insurance related matter.

As one of our Insurance Coordinators, you’ll be a significant point for contact for managers in our Pubs and Bars, as well as working with external insurance providers to track, review and understand insurance related incidents within our sites.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing CCTV footage that comes into the office to check this works, log on a tracker and store in a secure location in line with GDPR requirements
2. Liaising with managed sites to investigate incidents where persons may have been injured to capture and log information to assist in the defence of a liability claim
3. Administrating the tenant’s business insurance policies in line with FCA regulations and issuing policy documents as and when required
4. Working alongside our colleagues in the risk team, especially the safety team to understand incidents and RIDDORs and see if the business can find ways to prevent incidents happening again
5. Issuing documentation to pubs on receipt of property damage claims
