Kitchen Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef position to join our friendly team at Bury Court.

We are a restaurant / wine bar open Monday to Friday only, located in the City of London just next to the famous Gherkin building.

Our menu is a traditional British cuisine with a European twist using fresh ingredients.

The role consists of assisting the Head Chef in all areas of running a busy kitchen - food preparation, cooking, training junior kitchen team members, maintaining top cleanliness rating and due diligence checks and records.

Experience required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £15.00 per hour plus service charge
