Shop Kit Kemp Purchasing Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shop Kit Kemp Purchasing Assistant to join our highly successful purchasing team in Brentford.

The successful candidate will work within the Purchasing Team. As a Shop Kit Kemp Assistant you will responsible for the fulfilment of shop orders, customer service along with light admin duties. You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

Within this role there is scope to make a difference, ideas and proactive thinking is very much encouraged 

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Main duties to include, but not limited to:

·       Picking, Packing, Sending

·       Stock Inventory

·       General Inquiries via phone and email

·       Administration of the main shop system

·       As part of the purchasing department, additional duties as required

You will learn many aspects of retail and purchasing below some examples:

·       Calculating and negotiating cost prices

·       Calculating % margins

·       Holding stock

·       Contracts and collaborations

·       Product development

·       Inventory and ordering systems

·       Online development and creation
