Shift pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)


Capital International is based in London Victoria and stones throw away from Buckingham Palace. We will be moving to a larger site in 2023, therefore this is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming supervisor as there are development and progression opportunities.

To fill the role of Hospitality Supervisor, we will require you to possess these essential skills and experience such as the willingness to cooperate as part of a team and excellent all round communication skills, a passion for food and beverage, an eye for detail and presentation, pride in quality customer experience. You must have a warm, friendly & genuine persona. You must possessed basic IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word. Previous catering experience is desirable but not essential, with the right attitude we can train you up!


You'll also:

- Overseeing the successful running of the Hospitality department.

- Managing a team of 3 front of house team members.

- Supporting the Vending department who look after the office pantries.

- Maintaining a strong relationship with the client team including reception services.

- Liaising with the Head Chef and typing daily menus.

- Ordering and stock management including weekly stock counting.

- Invoicing.

- Monitoring the Catering inbox and responding accordingly.

- Daily due diligence paperwork.

- Assisting the Catering Manager with event planning.
