Operations Manager

Cheval Collection currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team in Cheval The Edinburgh Grand, our luxury all-apartment Residences located in the heart of Edinburgh in the former headquarters of the National Bank of Scotland.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residences giving particular focus to the Front Office operation. In addition to co-ordinating the operational business activities, you will ensure service excellence is the culture within the residence and you will lead and support the team to deliver the strategy, maximise revenue and achieve results.   

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be a team player, with a desire to work with likeminded individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and standards.   You will be commercially driven, with an outgoing personality and strong communication skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to form great guest and colleague relationships.

• Have a strong background in Front Office Management in a luxury hotel or serviced apartment environment
• Have experience in motivating, leading and developing a team
• Have excellent standards of service and guest care
• Are flexible and can bring energy and innovation
• Have a good commercial understanding of rooms revenue and experience of budgeting
• Are confident at communicating at all levels
